Job Description : a) Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) – Blue and White-Collar employees:Create manpower budget for “year for entire manpower & human resource planning”with consultation from MD of the Organization.Sourcing the candidates from various job portals & screening them for shortlisting andarranging their interview and next rounds.Closing the positions in minimum timePreparing all the required documents for smooth joiningHandling all the appointment letters & offer lettersReference checks of employeesCreating job descriptions of new roles or ongoing roles for new hiring in theOrganizationb) Induction, Training & Development:Once a candidate joins in, arranging induction for themArranging for on job training as & when neededDesigning and Directing training programs in consultation with MD of OrganizationSuccession Planning and Organizational structuring after consultation withMD.Motivating and Supporting current staffc) Performance Management Systems:Assist Management in Annual Goal setting activity of the Organization, Departmentsand Individuals.Taking Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly target reports from all teamsAnalysing & reviewing employee’s performance with the Management ofOrganizationAccording to the results planning the appraisal & Promotions and updating the reportto MD of Organization.Facilitate increased engagement on part of employees and in dealing with complexemployee issues.d) Systems & Process:Building the HRMS with consultation with MDHandling the entire HRMS for smooth functioningPlanning yearly policies & systemsPreparing annual calendar of Activities and HolidaysUpgrading the HR manual & Leave & PoliciesCreation of Admin policies, travel & reimbursement policies & work safety policiese) Statutory Compliance, Payroll & Attendance:Keeping the organization in loop with all the necessary statutory compliancesProcessing the salaries on time to time basis with zero errorKeeping the attendance records up to date for smooth & transparent salary processUnderstand and Manage compensation, performance management, benefits and otheremployee related policies in order to answer questions raised by employees.Handling IR related issues.f) Employee Feedbacks and Exits:Taking exit interviews & continuous feedback from the employees to understand ifprocesses are running smoothly or not.3) Job SpecificationMinimum RequirementsEducation:A Bachelor’s degree must – MandatoryMBA (HR) – PreferencePGDM in HR or any other HR certifications – PreferenceHR Analytics & Performance Management – PreferenceSkills/Competencies:DisciplineResourcefulInterpersonal SkillsTeam Management & leadership ManagementExcellent communication skillsPeople’s personAnalytical & co-operative skillsVersatilityProactiveTime managementSituational leaderConflict Resolutions.Experience:3 years and above of experience from industry.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:HR: 5 years (Preferred)manufacturing industry: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
