Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement both internal and external employer branding initiatives or programmes.
Identify and liaise with external channels, including universities,KOL, alumni network, student influencers, and others communities, for possible partnership.
Collaborate on events, such as webinar, guest lecturer, guest speaker, job fair, company showcase session, and others.
Conduct research on content types or ideas are tailored for each audience profile.
Build and execute social media plan to enhance brand awareness and engagement.Create content, editorial plans, and timelines for all campaign needs.
Work closely with related internal and external stakeholders in creating impactful contents and campaigns.
Work closely with Content Writers, Designers, and Video Editor to ensure that the content is both informative and appealing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Previous experience in employee engagement, employer branding, brand management, and digital campaigns.
In-depth understanding of branding to communicate the company values.
Social media-savvy.
Broad knowledge and network pertaining to social media, influencers, and creative references.
Highly creative and able to come up with fresh ideas.
A self-starter and fun individual, with good interpersonal skills.
Strongly collaborative and able to work with internal or external stakeholders.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
