As a Process Leader – Data Analytics and Process Optimization Sourcing & Supplier Quality , you will be responsible for the critical reporting & data integration platforms and applications. You will lead resolution of data / process challenges working closely with the various business partners & support teams, deliver on enhancement requests, and manage specific projects within Service Delivery around Infrastructure & Software upgrades.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Help drive strategy and streamline process through integration, adoption and simplification of IT solutions;
Collaborate with IT Program managers, client leaders, users and the Executive Development Leaders to drive simplification and application of service level agreements (SLAs);
Provide oversight to global team on offshore contract resources to support and maintain 24×7 operations;
Participate in production release reviews, incident management, prioritization, initiation, execution & closure for all operations (ready to serve) work;
Ensure the quality and delivery of the SLAs by partnering with the GDC (Global Development Centre) vendor and GE Corporate IT Program Managers;
Identify opportunities and complete projects to improve internal processes, application availability and performance; drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction and provide appropriate metrics;
Maintain effective working relationships with functional leaders, peers and vendors to seamlessly support overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization;
Stay current with enabling technologies to improve application availability, maintainability, and scalability;
Maintain SWB (Sourcing Work Bench) Admin setups. This will involve engagement of Sourcing COE. Also, audit setups to ensure accuracy of setups;
Lead and drive the yearly Switcheroo process (December thru February);
Maintain data integrity and entry of Item/PF( Purchase Family), Principal Mappings and Global Relationships. Ensure new entries are accurate and values are maintained over time;
Creation/update ad hoc requests for direct sourcing reporting;
Help to troubleshoot any requests for inaccurate deflation or cash metrics;
Knowledge of Rally tool to drive Agile software development (scrums, sprints, creation of user stories, testing, training);
Participate & lead in use case creation & testing for SWB Job Jar
Identify areas requiring new capabilities or changes in functionality and create use cases.
Continue capability/reporting refinements for areas such as: BOM (Bills of Materials) Reporting, COL (Circle Of Life) Monitoring, as requested by user community.Assist in release testing and priority planning.Work in BI team in development sprints and testing of new features.Drive retirement of CELEK tool and transition to RDM for SWB Admin. Continue development of SWB system acumen to better maintain the environment and support user base.Update the SWB workflows with the new structure owners & inform other Process Leaders of changes.Continue development of expertise to become SPOC on direct sourcing reporting and environment setups/maintenance.Create & provide basic user training sessions. Hold monthly or another periodic schedule based on user needs.Generate incidents for SWB issues and support validation of fixes moved to production.Refine Unassigned PF, Invalid PF, Multiple PF monitoring/correction processes at the CoE
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent with at least 7+years of relevant work experience
Minimum of 3+ years relevant work experience in data warehousing, BI technologies preferably in IT Process / Solutions
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, Spotfire
Desired Characteristics
Experience with Oracle, Tableau
Ability to identify potential problems, determine and implement solutions;
Strong leadership, organization, problem solving, communication and facilitation skills;
High level of energy and enthusiasm, with ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment;
Experience with change management and production control;
Experience in performance tuning and optimization;
Proven experience in onshore and offshore team management;
Strong project management skills;
Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem resolution skills from an O/S, database, and application perspective;
Proven ability to recognize and execute process improvements;
Excellent communication skills â both written and verbal â ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization;
Self-motivated with ability to work effectively and cooperatively with both project and infrastructure teams and to work both independently and as part of a larger team;
Ability to stay current with technology through training and/or job experience;
Proficient use of IT systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
