Job Description : Our Infrastructure division provides expert independent certification services on most of the major Road and Rail projects across Australia, verifying the D&C contractor meets contract requirements. We are looking for experienced Project Engineers to work with us across our client’s major iconic Infrastructure projects in the region.
APP is an integrated property and infrastructure consultancy offering services across all phases of the capital investment lifecycle – Strategy, Definition, Delivery and Transition.
Our Infrastructure division provides expert independent certification services on most of the major Road and Rail projects across Australia, verifying the D&C contractor meets contract requirements. Projects we have successfully managed include: Northconnex, Westconnex, Sydney Metro, Northlink, Brisbane Airport link and Gold Coast Rapid Transit.
As a Project Engineer that can work autonomously you must possess a recognised qualification with 1 – 6 years’ experience in major Infrastructure projects.
Carry out surveillance of the road works in accordance with the Execution Plan.
Attend where necessary audits or reviews of specific processes to ensure the D&C Contractor’s systems have been implemented satisfactorily
Assist in managing the quality records review to ensure compliance and that records are completed correctly
Where required attend the D&C Contractor meetings and provide specific feedback to the Independent Certifier’s team
Assist in reviewing samples of non-conformance reports with the Independent Certifier’s quality manager to assess proposed dispositions the D&C Contractor has elected and effectiveness of the D&C Contractors
Manage issues, follow up and close out non-conformance notices and corrective action requests issued as a result of inspections and surveillance audits
Liaise with the Independent Certifier’s support personnel and request assistance when required
