Job Description : As we enter an exciting phase of growth we are seeking a Project Manager with a strong focus on project delivery to become a valued member of highly successful Urban Development and Property division.
APP is a leading integrated property and infrastructure consultancy. With over 400 staff Nationwide and 9 offices we focus on generating and maximising value for our clients at every stage of the asset lifecycle – Strategy, Definition, Delivery and Transition.

Our projects are diverse and interesting and range from the small niche assignments through to the large state-significant projects with clients in both the public and private sector. This role will see you working on greenfield and brownfield developments in NSW with a focus on the South West and North West Sydney growth corridors.
Your duties will include: program management, consultant and design management, project governance and reporting, stakeholder management, managing the release of approvals and consents and cost management – driving project outcomes for our clients on time and to budget.

About You:
A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or similar related discipline
Ideally 6 years plus experience with a strong understanding and demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects
Ideally with exposure to major earthworks, industrial, subdivisions/master planning/residential developments or civil projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills adapting to a broad base of stakeholders with the capability to bring confidence
Ability to build positive and effective relationships with client, consultants and contractors
Impeccable attention to detail and a highly disciplined approach to project management to drive project outcomes to deadlines within budget
Strong networker – build a network with peers and industry colleagues as you develop your personal brand in the industry
