We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support the continued growth and expansion of our sales team and our business in APAC. This role will facilitate sales onboarding experience and create additional training programs to support a rapidly growing sales team with a focus on ensuring new team members ramp quickly and effectively. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who has sales enablement experience in fast growing SaaS companies.
You will be focused around building content supporting our sales team in APAC and creating programs for our global sales team. You will facilitate a new hire onboarding class every two weeks and develop regional training modules to support the APAC sales team. This is a high-visibility growth opportunity for someone looking to make an impact across the APAC sales team while partnering with our North American enablement team and leads in LATAM and EMEA. This is an important role for both the enablement and sales team and we are excited to bring someone on board who loves to build something from the ground up and roll up your sleeves and get creative with enablement programs!
What your day could consist of:
Facilitate sales onboarding sessions with a combination of virtual, in person and pre-recorded content and measure ramp time, content knowledge and comprehension
Customize and regionalize the sales new hire onboarding program to support our growing APAC sales team
Facilitate and develop ongoing training sessions for the APAC sales team, tracking measurable outcomes such as attendance, satisfaction, content knowledge and comprehension
Work with product marketing and other stakeholders to develop training programs for each role within the sales department to support learning effectiveness
Work closely with sales managers to support them as their new team members navigate their onboarding journey
Work with sales team members to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the APAC team and the global sales team with regard to product and industry knowledge and conduct ongoing needs assessments
Develop and deliver an engaging learning experience using a variety of mediums, including classroom training, online/on-demand tutorials and certifications, and videos
Work collaboratively with internal groups (sales leadership, marketing, product management, sales operations, training & education) to accomplish Sales Enablement objectives
Prepare ongoing reports and dashboards linking sales enablement efforts with ramp time, satisfaction, content knowledge and comprehension, meetings booked, win rates, and average sales price
What is needed:
4+ years working in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development at a fast-growing SaaS company
Experience creating enablement content for an training programs including presentations, decks, videos, exercises and manager resources
Proven ability to build and present compelling content and collateral, ideally for a high-growth product-based SaaS company
Strong understanding of the different sales roles and enablement needs within a sales org; previous experience in a sales role is a plus
Proactive self-starter comfortable taking general guidance and turning it into clear deliverables and business impact in a fast-paced, technical environment
Someone who is comfortable creating and sticking to deadlines, is able to work autonomously and work collaboratively
Strong written and communication skills
Experience using standard experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools such as (Rise, Captivate, Continu, etc.), Knowledge management tools (Guru, Showpad, Highspot, etc.) and knowledge of Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira) is a plus
Experience with Sandler Sales Methodology and/or rolling out a new sales methodology a plus
