Role Overview
Sales Administrator
Location: Hybrid/Flexible working (Head Office based in the Albert Dock)
Salary: £30,000 p/a
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What you’ll be doing
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional to work closely with stakeholders across the entire business and be the primary system administrator for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Salesforce.com. This is a fast paced and varied role where you will be the first point of contact for all CRM support, taking ownership and accountability for all Salesforce administration, troubleshooting and tasks. You will actively participate in system testing and the roll out of system configuration changes and enhancements, monitoring success metrics for all new processes. Working closely with the Salesforce Development Manager you will ensure all development and best practices are adhered too.
What you need to show us
You are certified Salesforce administration professional who thrives under pressure and working within a fast-paced environment.
You have proven Salesforce configuration experience and exposure to multiple Salesforce orgs.
A passion and enthusiasm for maximising the capability of our CRM functionality and developing the competence and knowledge of other Salesforce users.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Security Superbadge is desirable.
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certifications would be highly regarded.
Evidence of Salesforce Trailhead learning is highly advantageous
A strong reporting background using standard Salesforce functionality is essential
Great business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users with varying levels of technical knowledge
You are a detail orientated and self-starter, able to work independently, as well as part of a team
An understanding of Agile development practices would be beneficial
