The Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities include the following:
End to end test manage on both functional (UT, ST, SIT, UAT) and non functional (PT, DR, SAT, OAT) testing phases
Responsible and accountable for testing and quality in every delivery to production, from both project and BAU mode of delivery
Documents and plan all the mandatory and required testing artefacts and deliverables as per bank standards
Conduct quality checks of delivery across different phases of SDLC
Conducts, coordinate and perform hands on testing in Unit Test, System Test, Integration Test and Performance test
Engages with vendors and architects to determine strategic direction in terms of application testability
Manage and guide any non -functional testing done by Vendor
Manage stakeholders at project, programme and Service level
Help ensure high availability of existing secure environments in external cloud space.
Use Linux and Windows skills to help configure hosts in secure environments using existing best practices and procedures.
Expected to deploy highly secure environments and handle all aspects of driving the project to completion like gathering all requirements, creating a schedule by setting expectations, working with engineers in deploying specific software and providing proper cloud infrastructure to handle specialized secure environment.
Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure all aspects of providing a highly secure environment are met prior to giving access.

Our Ideal Candidate
Overall 6+ years of IT experience
College degree or/equivalent and 6 + years testing related work experience, required
2-3 years experience with Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure,
Define and document end to end test strategies to encompass both project and service mode (BAU) deliveries
Experience of hands on end to end functional usecase testing, test planning and reporting
Hands-on Performance Test planning, coordination, data setup, execution, reporting and management
Knowledge and experience of test automation frameworks specifically in Java, Selenium and Cucumber
Experience of CI/CD & DevOps tools
Experienced and expertise in using JMeter, Load Runner, Performance Centre, Soap UI, Post Man tools for Performance Testing
Experience of API based testing
Working knowledge of Java and programming background
Experience in Continuous Integration and Deployment practices and tools (Jenkins or equivalent, Maven, Git)
Understanding and experience of involvement/management of other non functional testing like Failover & Recovery, Security testing (Application Vulnarability, Penetration Testing, Infrastructure Vulnarability etc), OAT and DR test.
Experience of data migration testing
2-3 years experience with Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure,
Experience with Container platforms – Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Public cloud certifications will be a plus
Experience of testing and test managing cloud based systems/application
Strong communication, Interpersonal, Learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, Time, and People effectively
Open minded, pragmatic and flexible
Proven experience in co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment
Technically strong to understand the system architecture and configuration
Should have understanding Micro Services Architecture and API
Familiarity with data security, firewalls, and best practices
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers, partners and customers
Ability to develop and present technical concepts to a business audience
Strong commitment to high quality work and timely deliverables
Some project management experience
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Public cloud certifications will be a plus
