At the heart of the organization is the award-winning Creative & Experience network, a group of like-minded specialists who are on the lookout for a talented and inspiring Senior Content Manager/ Director to take our mobile content offering to the next level and to produce app store content strategy for an impressive list of global clients such as Hulu, Spotify, and Nike.With the support of our mobile team, you will lead data-driven content strategies and produce engaging, on-brand content for a variety of app store assets. You will also be a key support to the wider Content capability, leading strategic outputs and crafting exceptional copy and on-brand content for world-leading clients across e-commerce, entertainment, fintech, and B2B brands.Along with a curious mindset, you’ll be able to flex between a range of content types and formats, have a discerning editorial eye, and a proven ability to write in a variety of voices, for diverse audiences, and for the full spectrum of digital platforms.Beyond strong written skills, you’ll have experience delegating tasks, managing projects, and collaborating with data and UX specialists, designers, project managers, and digital marketers alike.Finally, you’ll be a natural entrepreneur and collaborator. Equally happy working as part of content and creative teams to brainstorm a campaign as you are working alongside data specialists to garner fresh insights that’ll inform your content recommendations.Requirements: Your core responsibilitiesConducting keyword research, competitor, and landscape analysesCreating data-driven app store content strategies for global brandsProducing content for the app stores, social content, and Google Ad CampaignsConducting keyword research, competitor, and landscape analysesDelivering projects within tight timeframes, ensuring that work is ready on time and to the highest standardsAttending training and events, as well as researching the industry to keep informed on best practiceLeading copy and content production across a variety of content types and formatsLeading initiatives to further improve the development of the team, including training practitioners and improving processesWorking cross-functionally with project teams across a variety of Capabilities to ensure successful product deliveryThose must-haves: Bachelor’s degree in English or equivalent copywriting experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for proofreading and editingStrong knowledge of the app landscapeProven ability to plan and execute data-driven content strategies in line with brand objectives and platform algorithmsSolid time management skills, working well both independently and as part of a teamOpen, honest, and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedbackAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of workAn analytical mind with strong attention to detailHonest work ethicA proven leader, adept at taking initiative, coming up with new ideas, and developing a plan to execute themAnd the nice-to-haves: Experience working within a brand or agency, preferably mobileLanguage skills (in particular Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, or French)SEO Content ExpertiseUX Content ExperienceBenefits: Annual Loyalty BonusPrivate Healthcare PlanPension PlansLife AssuranceFlexible WorkingTraining & Development.Job Type: Full-time
