The Role
We are looking for a Software Test Manager to lead by example, having a deep understanding of UI, Data & APi along with their working flows. Should demonstrate an advanced level of expertise in assuring quality, automation and work towards creating state of the art applications for our Advanced Analytics team.
The role involves leading with extensive background in testing domain, uncompromised attitude and ownership in automation testing, performance testing and security testing. The role also involves managing a team and mentoring SDETs to learn and build enterprise grade test suites that are maintainable and sustainable to justify ROI.
Requirements:
Passion for delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership.
Good proficiency in JavaScript and Python. Should have automated tests extensively either on Selenium or Cypress. 8+ years of experience with at-least 2+ years in leading a team of strong team of QA and SDET professionals.
Strong proficiency in testing APis ,Reusable UI Components and Data Assertions Experience working with MySQL and PostGreSQL a must Experience working on large scale data intensive enterprise applications following best practices Must have experience with AWS cloud and server less tech stack.
GIT experience is a prerequisite
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Prior experience with data structure libraries and test suites like LambdaTest, BrowserStack a plus.
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token is a plus
