Job Description : We started GetCraft to help solve problems that we as marketers face on a daily basis.
We wanted to create high-quality content & run creative sponsored content campaigns – but there was no place where you could find, manage & pay high-quality creators, influencers & publishers at scale.
So, we built Southeast Asia’s Premium Creative Directory & Creator Management Platform where up until today 1,500+ brands/agencies in 4 countries have connected with 7,000+ content creators on 22,000+ projects valued at US$25Million+.
Over time, however, we’ve come to realise that there were many other problems the creative industry faces:
Clients are now also looking for creators to support their e-commerce ambitions
Clients frequently pay creators 90+ working days after a project start
Creators are looking for Talent Management support to further help grow their revenue opportunities
Creative education & accreditation are almost non-existent.
Problems that we as a company now also want to help solve with our new Social Commerce, Creator Financing & Private Creator Community, with the ultimate goal being to help foster a thriving creative and media industry in Southeast Asia & beyond.
To help us do this, we’re looking for an amazing Subscriptions Sales Manager who is as passionate as we are about fixing the creative industry and to be a part of a team building the next game changing product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Your main role and key measurement will be to make sales of Subscriptions by selling the value proposition of GetCraft Premium to creators – individuals and companies.
Determine further subscription sales growth opportunities by mapping your assigned creator market/segment.
Engage with creators regularly and establish trust with them.
Serve as the voice of creators in providing input to the Retention and Tech Team.
This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
YOU’D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant business development or sales experience in digital, media, production or advertising.
SAAS and/or Direct Selling experience.
Have an interest in process innovation to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of sales practices.
Have strong analytical skills and proficient in spreadsheets & CRM tools.
Have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Are a critical thinker and a hustler – this is key to succeeding in the company.
Are a strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment.
Are proficient in written and spoken English.
