About the role:
Salary: National Living Wage + FANTASTIC bonus earning potential
Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available (Monday – Friday). Flexible working options are also available.
Travel: You will, from time to time be asked to work from other nearby sites. You will be given plenty of notice on these occasions, and any travel costs you incure when traveling to these sites will be fully covered by our expense policy. Becuase of this however, it is a requirement that the successful candidate have a drivers license and access to their own transportation.
As our newest MET Team Member you will support the day to day Regional MET Cluster teams Daily & Weekly planned activities and engage with store Teams to deliver a right first time, accurate range reviews and resets within the agreed time planned.
Key responsibilities of our MET Team Member:
Taking personal responsibility to protect the safety of customers, the team and the company by acting and working in a safe way at all timeDemonstrating a personal commitment to delivering great service by following the “Be Friendly & Be Helpful” principlesSupporting the customer experience by being trained on the “Brilliant Basics” and layout workbenchSupporting stores with accurate inventory and ensuring all the appropriate stock control processes are conducted effectively, including replenishment of new stock and exiting of RangesEnsuring all Range review & reset tasks are effectively carried out to A high standard and on time following “Always at our Best” principlesSupport the Implementation of displays and POS and required in the Range review or reset implementation briefsSupporting the MET Cluster Team Leader with delivering effective communications channels are in place throughout the team.

Please note: There will be regular travel to local stores required as a part of this role. Travel expenses are fully reimbursable however the successful candidate must have a UK drivers license and access to their own vehicle to facilitate this.
