knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Good client management and relationship building skills
Good written & oral communication skills

Key job responsibilities:
Provide day to day support for content postings on D.com, Insolvency, TypePad and other BSO Digital websites
Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the portal
Follow Deloitte standards for creating HTML pages
Communicate with UK clients for projects including project planning, reporting
Derive insights and develop client recommendations
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
Build aligned Industry knowledge
Manage web inquiries and RFP leads via D.com
Proactively interact with the Internet Marketing team in managing the project pipeline and volumes of postings
Manage projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines – following efficient workflow requirements – to meet stakeholder expectations.

Work timings: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. IST (expected to stretch during peak periods)
