JOB DESCRIPTION: Xamarin Application Developer General Description: The Xamarin developer is responsible to develop mobile application using latest technology fronts, please note, the selected partner’s on-site resource will be engaged to understand and generate the SDLC functional documents along with Infotech Division’s concerned staff and should also be able to guide Toyo-India the areas where further improvement in application development logic reports can be improved and thought of. The Xamarin developer is fully responsible for participating in requirements analysis and decomposition, design, development, internal testing, and the documentation of same for the application integrations and maintenance. Reporting to: Software Development Department Head Qualifications 1. Graduate BE, in Computer Science and/or MCA/MCM from Reputed University 2. 4+ years’ experience as a Xamarin Application Developer is must. 3. Relevant certifications preferred. Experience More than 4 years’ experience of software development of Xamarin, Java and/or PL/SQL Experience of application-to-application integrations, Development, Enhancement, Deployment and Maintenance of Systems / Applications. Knowledge of Mobile programming (Android/iOS) is mandatory. Knowledge and working experience on Azure Dev-Opps, MS-SQL databases, Oracle Databases is mandatory. Primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to the application development team. 2. Partner’s on site resources should be stationed at TEIPL’s Kanjurmarg (East) office i.e. Toyo Technology Centre (TTC) office and build the mobile application assigned to him with completed SDLC (Software Development life cycle) documentation 3. Partners on site resources should work in normal work hours of 8.25 including Saturdays working (except holiday) for application development. In case of requirement of working late on the weekdays, to complete the work and achieve the schedule, partner should fully cooperate with no extra compensation in terms of any extra charges. 4. Toyo will provide IT Infrastructure at TTC Office along with required appropriate Tools & Licences to partner’s on-site resource. 5. Responsible for developing and maintaining the cross platform Mobile Applications using . net technologies or any other same includes extensive database work – writing complex stored procedures and reports 6. Partner to provide back end support to the on-site resource for conceptual data for development of oracle Store procedure or database operation. 7. Partner should provide guidance on the received or available data for converting them into meaningful and aesthetically presentable dashboards. 8. Partner should be able to Design, develop, test and maintain mobile applications using Xamarin / C# for both iOS and Android. 9. Microsoft certification for ASP.Net / C#.Net MVC would be an added advantage. 10. Partner should perform extensive software testing and stringent quality checks as per the QC guidelines to ensure an error free as well as optimum final product. 11. Partner should Make changes to existing/developed (release version) mobile applications according to the feedback received from the end users, testing the mobile applications on different device i.e. android , iOS, Windows mobile to ensure a standard user experience for the clients across all platforms. 12. Training the end user or client on the final product as well as providing technical support whenever required. 13. Designing back-end database structures for the web applications and also generating stored procedures that are complex in nature for the software’s maintenance purposes. 14. Finding information about latest technologies that aid in the development mobile/.Net applications and enhance their features in the long run. 15. Partner to ensure the compatibility of their application with newer operating system version. 16. Understanding the life cycle of software and determining any changes that may be needed as per the observations and feedback of software testing professionals. 17. Partner on-site resource should have expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL database and other RDBMS database, also should be able to write complex SQL queries to get data from database. 18. Partner should have knowledge of azure Database and should be familiar with devops operation /application. 19. Partner on-site resource should have advance knowledge of using Microsoft team application. 20. Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors Skills 1. Demonstrate strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve exceptions. 2. Demonstrated ability to design and document for mobile application solutions. 3. Familiarity with database tools such as Toad or SQL Developer; Integration Architecture, and best practices. Knowledge of best industry practices for Software Maintenance and Operations. 4. Experience in structured release & deployment best practices. 5. Project management experience. 6. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service. 7. Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds. 8. Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines. 9. Team player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards. 10. Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work. 11. Willingness and availability to travel, and perform duties as needed.
