Who is the Admin Associate at Sistema.bio?

Reporting to the India Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities and SAP entries for our factory location at Chakan.
You will be in charge of:

Handling office administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining, and reordering supplies and company merchandise.
Entering all the entries in SAP software for factory location.
Developing plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
Negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Maintaining and updating the list of suppliers and their standard delivery times and potential future development.
Recording office expenditures and ensure the expenses are within the set budget.
Ensuring the administrative needs of the Head office and local field offices are fulfilled.
Managing team of field admin officers.

More about YOU

You have a bachelor’s degree in any field with minimum 3 years of proven experience in working on administrative tasks, procurement tasks and expense management.
You have excellent time management and a track record of managing multiple priorities.
You are good at building great relationships and are a good communicator in English and Hindi and Marathi.
You have a proactive mindset with good coordination and problem-solving skills.
You should have a two-wheeler, valid motorcycle license and are willing to travel.
You are conversant with Microsoft office applications.

Location, travel and start date

You will be mainly operating out of the Chakan Factory with periodic visits to the Field Offices.
You will be required to travel 20% of the time.
