Job Description
Develop and implement product strategy (e.g. Valves, Pumps, Motors, Controls, Systems, etc.)
Define and implement Pricing policies
Profitability management for Products and Customers
Definition of product requirements
Project management of customer projects
Acquisition of new business
Provide first level technical and project support for sales teams and dealers
Provide training and enable digital tools for sales teams
Provide content for marketing documents/instruments
Marketing support on exhibitions, customer days, etc.
Qualifications
B.E. (Mechanical) with 7-10 years of relevant experience in
B2B series production sales or product management
Experience in dealing with international markets and customers
Knowledge of product management and marketing
Very good English language skills
Strong analytical skills
High communicative competence and motivation to work in global teams
Possibility to stay in Germany for 3..6 months on-the-job training
Ability to travel for some 1..2 weeks long distance trips
