ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES TEAM
The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team is accountable for all Infrastructure, Security, IT Operations and all End User Services and technologies. This group will ensure that our IT Services are seamless and secure, and that technology is delivered in an efficient, effective, and agile way, with a strong focus on experience.

This is what you’ll do
Supporting Software entitlement for various publishers and software license models/agreements including Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Oracle etc.
Establishing software license compliance.
Managing licensing life-cycle management from purchase, activation, upgrade, removal, reallocation, renewal and retirement;
Analysing software installation and license inventory reporting, completing software compliance assessments.
Creating customized reports and comparison for cost savings
Analysing license contracts, agreements and purchases.
Ensure that an up-to-date software inventory is maintained and only authorized software is used
Engage with other IT Functions to ensure that any license impacts related to system changes are understood.
Experience in managing SaaS software.
Basics of CMDB and Hardware asset management.
You will need to have
Education, Qualifications, and Experience
Essential
Degree level education in computer science or similar 3-6 years of total IT experience with 2+ years of working in an Software Asset Management.
Experienced in service management and having a high level of customer centric focus
Must have a good understanding of procurement processes specific to software license procurement.
Desirable
Flexera FlexNet Management Suite experience.
ITIL Version 3 Certified
Knowledge of Lean & Agile Ways of Working
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in simple business language.
Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers

Ability to operate in a complex, fast moving and ambiguous environment
Experience managing and delivering around multiple conflicting priorities
Familiarity of working with global stakeholders in a multi-time zone environment
