The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Field Sales, this role sees you engaging and networking with a wide range of hospitality venues, and industry groups. You will be cultivating inbound leads, executing campaigns targeting new customers and continually developing your pipeline. Your responsibilities will include prospecting using multiple tools and platforms, attending industry events and keeping up to date with market challenges, opportunities and news.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sell and promote Chewzie to hospitality venues
Understand clients businesses, the challenges they face and tailoring appropriate solutions to support them
Generating and closing your own inbound and outbound sales opportunities, with a focus on quality ‘target’ venues
Maintain a healthy and active pipeline, keep updated with market challenges, opportunities and news
Work alongside clients and our customer success team to get venues onboarded and operating confidently while sharing insights for improvement and best practices
Continuously speak and meet with a large number of prospective customers, all keen to understand more about Chewzie
Problem solving and documenting new findings for our internal build and development team
Work collaboratively across teams – including development team, build team, project team, implementations team and marketing team
About You:
Previous B2B sales experience
Full drivers license and reliable vehicle
Ability to travel interstate when required
Proven results successfully opening doors, growing new business and smashing your targets
A strong understanding of the hospitality and/or entertainment industries
Established connections and relationships within the hospo scene very advantageous
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Organisation & time management, this is a busy & high-paced team within the company
Experience with managing deals and pipelines in sales CRM’s
Great customer service and communication skills
A love for learning, ability to learn fast and support others
Excellent skill in prioritising incidents and work based on severity, priority and impact to the client base
Ability and confidence to demonstrate a technical product
Be confident on the phone and in person with new people
The ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced team environment
The ability to resolve conflict in a diplomatic and professional manner
The ability to present topics and issues clearly and confidently
Maturity and confidence
A flexible, “can do” attitude to work
Honesty and integrity
Able to provide referee’s to confirm your performance from your recent previous roles
