Reporting to Sustainability Manager, you will provide coordination and support to ensure that a sustainability focus is embedded in all new processes and technology that we implement to achieve our materials targets.
Your main focus will be supporting the business to prepare for and successfully launch our new buying tool, which will help us capture the sustainability credentials and composition data of our fashion products. You may also be asked to support on our broader Goods For Resale and Goods Not For Resale activities.

As Coordinator for the Materials Tracking Project, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating the training for the sustainability team, working with our external partner.
Supporting the development of roll-out plans.
Supporting the delivery of the buying tool, maintaining a master brand tracker to monitor those engaged.
Supporting our buyers to update and share sustainability information within the buying tool, answering queries from the various buying teams.
Identifying risks, issues and barriers to brands and buyers using the sustainability functionality of the buying tool. Share creative solutions to engage stakeholders and offer support to ensure adoption of our new processes.
Proactively look for brands/products that could be eligible for Project Earth labelling, through the data provided in the buying tool.
Regularly communicating progress to the wider sustainability team, attending team meetings and inputting into trackers and reporting dashboards as required.
Providing sustainability and certifications knowledge and insights to drive decision making for the buying tool, including contributing to discovery workshops for future phases of the buying tool.
Supporting definition sessions for improving sustainability processes such as Project Earth labelling, supplier questionnaires and ethical trade requirements.
Providing sustainability admin support as required across the Materials Tracking project to ensure actions, risks and issues are captured and addressed.
