Work you’ll do:
As a Digital Production –Publishing Senior Specialist, you would closely interact with Deloitte US & Global marketing stakeholders and will be responsible for supporting publishing and channel management efforts across an ecosystem of digital channels that support Deloitte’s client experience. The role will support the delivery of an optimized, omni-channel experience across Deloitte’s Website, social media, and associated digital channels. As such, Deloitte.com will be a focus for this position requiring a core competency and experience with the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
Here are few of other responsibilities
Create, edit and/or maintain web pages and web sites to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness, and alignment with overall campaign objectives
o Design webpages and responsive HTML templates following the brand guidelines
o Create responsive HTML templates, landing pages/registration forms that are in line with campaign messaging
o Utilize custom coding / fragments, site UI, A/B testing and analytics to maximize results
o Perform rendering tests to ensure compatibility of the templates across various platforms (mobile/desktop) and browsers

o Support personalization and content targeting activities to enhance design & user experience to stakeholders
o Support publishing and distribution tasks for podcasts, social media, email distributions or other digital platforms
o Utilize multiple content management tools for digital publishing, marketing automation systems (i.e. Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, Sprinkler) and project management tools
o Support site audits and special projects as needed
Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment within an internal process-driven systems structure, meeting deadlines and client expectations for creativity and accuracy
Stakeholder Management
Build rapport, have a business-centric approach to all levels of team and ability to interact comfortably with US Stakeholders.
Ability to execute small, medium & large project independently with adherence to compliance & standard guidelines
Manage optimal utilization of self and provide regular status updates and communicate potential issues and risks to USI and US stakeholders as required
Interact with US stakeholders to understand their expectations and simplify the same to the team
Manage projects to ensure meeting agreed upon deadlines – following efficient workflow and review work to meet stakeholder’s expectations
Skills and Abilities
Hands on experience with Web development tools / technologies such as HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular Js, bootstrap, etc.
Experience with digital publishing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Brightcove, and Sprinklr
Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Copywriting experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization, social media, paid media and Analytics
Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel on a limited basis required
Ability to work in an agile environment, quickly adapting to new processes and managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines
Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with senior professionals, mitigate conflicts in a mature and professional manner
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Education
Master’s Degree in computer science and technology or related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting content management platform (CMS) and enterprise social media tools

Work Timings
11.00 AM – 8.00 PM or 2.00 PM to 11 PM
Location – Hyderabad Office
