Analyst, Digital (Web Development) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Position Overview:
Deloitte’s USI Marketing group in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Web Developer (Analyst) for their Digital team. As an integral member of a high-performing web development and email marketing team, you will be required to liaise with marketers to understand their business needs, and design highly effective website solutions. Collaborating with colleagues across different geographies and time zones is a core component of this role.
Responsibilities:Build and make edits to web publishing in content management tool (Adobe AEM/CQ5 and Eloqua 10) for all types of content (articles, events, emails, etc.)User Experience expertise, building responsive websites or CMS templates for use on Deloitte.ca and/or Deloitte global platformDesign or modify email marketing templates for various screen resolutions and devicesWork closely with an onshore development team (Client) in Canada on development projectsWork closely with digital production on executing digital builds, trouble-shooting code and ensuring deliverables are metWork with external vendors in troubleshooting any limitations with platform integrations, template/CMS restrictionsStrong coding experience, both front-end and back-end, integration with external systems and databases.Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to Client problemsEnsure the use of online best practices in email marketing, enhanced user experience, search engine optimization, and lead generationWork creatively with HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop high-impact page designsConduct or manage cross browser/device testing to ensure landing pages are functionalCollaborate with other digital marketing team members (analytics, editorial, social media, mobile), and other relevant stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a web developer/designerBachelor’s/Master’s degree or undergraduate studies in programming, or equivalent experienceSolid understanding of UX design, working with brand guidelines, and layout and design standardsExpertise with programming languages including HTML and XHTML, JavaScript, and CSSExperience working with email marketing platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Silverpop, etc.) enterprise content management systems, Adobe AEM/CQ5, bootstrap, Adobe/Omniture analytics, etc.Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and InDesign.Demonstrated interest in online marketing, social media and mobileSuperior problem-solving skills to resolve complex coding and technical issues within a content management system, such as AEMAbility to effectively manage expectations, prioritize time-sensitive and often urgent issues in a demanding and challenging environmentAbility to manage the details of several projects simultaneously within a teamCommitment to ongoing professional development, learning and growthAbility to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions/time zonesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Work Location: Hyderabad, India
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
