The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional levels of Guest Experience while overseeing a number of fully serviced office spaces and sites (Flex Plus) within central London.You and your team will support and help our occupiers and visitors with their lifestyle requests, whether this is providing refreshments or facilitating a flexible meeting space to assist with hosting events.The buildings will provide a range of personal welfare and amenity services and it will be your role to ensure that each person visiting the buildings have a fun, fresh and memorable experience.This is a perfect opportunity for someone who already works within the serviced office industry or hospitality to expand upon their passion and experience and develop their career further.Your hours of work will be from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, however we require a degree of flexibility dependent upon operational requests, events or training.Salary we are offering will be in the region of £38-40K depending on experience.You are entitled to 28 days holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays.Key Duties:Work within a fast-paced environmentEnsure you and your teams deliver an exceptional hotel-like customer service experienceTeam managementCustomer service trainingEffectively manage occupier requestsAble to prioritise work, meet deadlines, make decisions, and communicate effectively under pressureUnderstand occupier needs and delivering solutionsOrganise and oversee mystery shopping for sitesDealing with confidential information, using discretion and all timesPlanning and managing events/booking meetingsLead on community culture and networking eventsReact quickly to new requirements/processesAble to creatively solve problemsPoint of contact/overseeing fully serviced (Flex Plus) sitesImplement initiatives and incentives for guests and occupiers, i.e., Gems at work, pop upsSocial media engagementBuild a ‘One team’ ethos with other service partnersDevelop and deliver initiative and strategies to enhance occupier experienceLiaise with cleaning/security teams to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidyBuild community relationships, be self-directed and able to use your own initiative to progress tasks/activitiesBudget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomesEnsure Refreshment/ Beverage area is clean and well stockedConfident in approach to using technology and apps, particularly as a lifestyle concierge app is used onsite (Sesame)Must have a clear understanding and be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality at all timesEssential Candidate Requirements:Demonstrate ability to set goals and achieve themImmaculate personal presentation and deliveryExcellent communication skills with attention to detailMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in a lifestyle management/hospitality positionProfessional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, excellent motivational skillsExcellent written communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel and Power PointAbility to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as requiredEstablish and manage a smart team: empower, inform and engage the team, remaining focused and clear about their roles and objectivesTake full responsibility for effective & meaningful assessments in respect of team members.Ensure all employees are motivated and trained to the required standard and subject to regular effective performance monitoring reinforcing their accountability for their rolesEnsure that all employee grievances are dealt with according to company proceduresMaintain fair and consistent disciplinary procedures, where necessaryPlay a proactive part in the management of staff turnoverEffectively manage and reduce absenceTeam player with strong leadership skills and being a role model for your fellow colleaguesMust be patient, tolerant, reliable and trustworthy whilst being persuasive and assertiveAcute security awarenessFood Safety Level 2Health & SafetyFluency in other languages desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:Training and DevelopmentCareer ProgressionPension SchemeExtensive Benefits PackageJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
