Pureprofile delivers next-generation marketing solutions for more than 700 brands, publishers and research groups worldwide.Working as a dedicated HR Executive, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent & Culture based in Sydney Australia, this role partners with senior business leaders to support them with their people strategy, advises the senior stakeholders on policies and procedures, while driving employee engagement, coaching managers on performance management, employee initiatives and manages all employee relations.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and streamline end to end recruitment and selection process i.e. advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, selection of applicants.Provide advice, support and coaching on performance to both employees and managersWorking with senior stakeholders from Australia and India to coordinate bi-annual remuneration review process including salary benchmarking.Complete all updated remuneration documentation for employees and filing, working with payroll to ensure all changes to salaries are reflectedFull management of on-boarding and off-boarding process for all India employeesPreparing and issuing of employment documents including employment contracts, termination documents, general employee letters and position descriptions.Keep all HR management systems up to date with all employee and departmental changes.Working with Global Head of Talent & Culture to assist with implementation of best practice HR Admin processes and proceduresManagement of Mediclaim accountWHS & Policies management in compliance with local legislationManagement of employee work anniversariesManagement of Reward and Recognition ProgramsMember of Global Activities Social Committee, ESG and other employee initiative groups.Provide support to Global Head of Talent & Culture for all Learning & Development initiativesExit management – conducting exit interview, property collection, informing team about exitsOrganise staff personal events; flowers/presents etcAssist Global Head of Talent & Culture with various large global projects as needed eg annual performance reviews, engagement surveys, ad hoc presenting at Global All Hands meetings etcAbout you: Solid previous experience as a HR Business Partner / Manager level – partnering with senior stakeholdersDemonstrated experience negotiating with and influencing Executives and Senior Managers ensuring proactive and commercially focussed HR solutions that align business needs and people strategyKnowledge of best practice principles for people practices including employee relations, recruitment, reward, performance management, talent development and engagement.Confident presenter and written communicator – able to adapt style and influence culture through communicationsStrong local knowledge in all areas of India employment legislation is a must.Experience working in a global HR team desirable.Why join us?
