Job Description : Urgent hiring for Inside Sales || Pune || CTC-Upto 12 LPADesignation: – Inside salesExperience: – 5 Years to 8 YearsCTC: – Upto 12 LPA (Depend on interview)Location: – PuneWorking days- Monday to FridayJob Responsibilities: Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digitalresources, campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.Explore all lead generation methodologies including affiliate marketing, influencermarketing, PR via collaboration with agencies etc.,Identifying opportunities from the market through marketing, cold-calling, emails,referrals, etc. and maintaining a list/database of prospective client information.Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioningTechnology solutions and services.Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects,timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budgets.Engage with prospects on an on-going basis for requirement gathering andrelationship building throughout the sales cycle.Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams, as required, to successfully convertleads.Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision-makers who do notshow initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the futureAssist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and otherdocuments as required.Give inputs to websites, blogs, social media channels, landing pages and contribute tothe SEO/ SEM efforts and maximise relevance.Quarterly target achievements including Qualified leads , Meetings ,Proposals, POC’s,Closures and Revenue numbers .Candidate Profile: Powerful English verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, communication,relationship building, social networking skills.Should be an USA IT/Software sales hunter with experience in Inside Sales, Leadgeneration, Cold calling, Video calling and Response management.Understanding of technology services selling in the areas of Digital Transformation,Application Development, Automation and Customer Experience for Offshoreservices, Turn key projects and Staff Augmentation.Experience with various research tools , web , Linkedin ,zoom info, social media,Account Based Marketing, Digital campaign, etc.Understanding of synergies between SEO, online media, lead generation, and othermarketing tactics.Experience with CRM Tools, Sales reports and Documentation.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office : PPT, Proposals.Preference to candidates selling Magento , Shopify, Drupal and other ecommercetechnologies.Key Points: Location : Baner Pune.Fast track career growth and international exposure in E Commerce.Work in a fast-paced stimulating work environment with an established brand.Industry best Remuneration and Incentives.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Inside sales: 3 years (Preferred)
