The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for Training of Employees, Partners, and Merchants. They will review training materials for accuracy and quality.About the Opportunity:The Learning and Development Specialist role is to plan, conduct, and administer training programs for Team Members, Partners and Merchants to improve their skills and knowledge. This person will assign, track, and report on training results.What you’ll be doing: Manage the Learning Space, training calendar, including Learning Management SystemDevelop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, training materials, job aids and participant guidesDeliver Training workshops, lectures, and webinars as well conduct post-course surveys.Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiencesWelcome new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions and assign relevant eLearning coursesPartner with business leaders or operational department heads to conduct performance and needs analysis to recommend and implement appropriate learning interventions to address skill gaps and provide feedback to managementWorks with instructional designers to ensure that deliverables are reviewed for quality assurance prior to implementationPerforms other job-related duties as requiredThe Team you’ll be joining: Being part of a growing Fintech means you’ll need to be self-starter with high energy, motivation and focus on achieving targets.
