Job Description : Management AccountantWe are working with an organisation passionate about transforming waste into a valuable commodity. Located in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.This roleAs a Management Accountant, you will thrive in a fast-moving environment involving communicating efficiently, staying focused under pressure and an ever-changing workload. You will be professionally qualified as an Accountant (holding either ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE) and have extensive experience working within a fast-moving international business. You should be extremely well organised, detail driven, highly analytical, be capable of meeting tight deadlines and approach new and existing challenges with logical analysis. Finally, you should be able to interact with colleagues at all levels and be competent in relaying technical information in non-technical terms.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPreparation of the Monthly Management Accounts, summarising key informationConducting the month end processes including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliationsFinancial Analysis and reportingPreparation of weekly sales lists using historic dataDeveloping plus maintenance of systems and procedures to support continuous growth and change within the companyManaging Year End Accounts, liaising with Auditors· Prepare and submit monthly VAT, Intrastat & EC Sales returns· Support Directors with process improvements, internal controls, increased efficiencies and identify areas of weakness/profitability· Liaise with other Team leaders to continually improving the business process, helping then to meet required outcomes· Financial support and analysis to all parts of the business· Ad hoc duties as and when requiredEssentialRecognised professional accounting qualification, either CIMA, ACA or ACCA is desirable but you maybe QBE with extensive practice.At least 1 years’ experience in a commercial or business environment with full responsibility for reporting activities.Experience and working knowledge of foreign currency exchange and intra country tradingYour skills and abilitiesGood communication, including written, verbal and solid interpersonal skillsSolid level of IT competency, including Excel, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics, 365 Business Central is desirableHigh attention to detail, great time management and analyticalAbility to simplify complex issuesRefined research skills and investigativeYou are ethical and trusted in every respect to apply high standards in all that you doWell organised, independent worker but also a solid team player who understands othersCommitted to on-going professional development.Vacancy: Management AccountantLocation: Lisburn, Northern IrelandSalary: £37,000 to £45,000 per annumContract Type: Full TimeReference: CTNET1072Hybrid working opportunities are available after trainingApply now, be part of something recycled in Lisburn, NI!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per yearReference ID: CTNET1072
