Tasks
We are looking for a motivated mission-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to work with Tahora’s clients to deliver the best possible Tahora experience to their employees.
The role will include managing and working closely with the client stakeholders to deliver regular communications, manage and support Tahora events, deliver marketing materials and maximise onboarding success.
Help form and build the Tahora community within companies, supercharging company culture and supporting employee wellbeing.
Lead on all marketing channels successfully including social media channels (particularly Linkedin), PR, events, webinars, community and more).
Testing creative growth strategies to continuously grow the Tahora ecosystem of clients.
Leading on the Tahora onboarding and communications working with client’s internal marketing teams to devise a strategy for launch and onboarding and promote Tahora internally to their workforce.
Requirements
The role is best suited for someone who has worked in the marketing industry for 3+ years and has experience working for a tech start-up and/or a corporate communications team.
The ideal candidate has experience within a communications teams (e.g. corporate, marketing agency or B2B startup),and demonstrated success in a fast paced environment (e.g. strong track record, promotion).
You are a self starter Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
Highly skilled with campaign development, social marketing and copywriting.
Strong communication skills, confident delivering workshops and working with stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and bring creative ideas.
