Mindshare is seeking an account executive to join Mindshare Content+, a specialist unit responsible for developing creative content across all clients.
We require a candidate with a passion for creative thinking, with a flexible attitude and open mind.
The role requires a strong focus on strategy, ideation, and production expertise with client relationship management.
Sitting within a media agency, we strive to ensure that insights and data are at the heart of all our social and content campaigns, not only creating great content but ensuring it’s seen by the right audience at the optimum time.

Key responsibilities:
Creative Ideation and Execution
To manage & actively participate in ideation and brand social posts creation by working with the creative team to produce both static and interactive formats (GIF, Slideshow, Carousel, video etc) for social brands
To facilitate wider Content-relevant projects that’s an extension of social including Influencer and content partner management, app production, video production & activation support where needed from brief to conceptualisation & delivery of project
Content Creation and Planning
Research on latest trends and developments in social media and content space to keep wider team and clients updated
Assist in planning social content calendars for brands from a day-to-day management perspective e.g. from receiving campaign briefing to conceptualising the current posts that is required based on scope to final delivery and scheduling on social
Client Servicing
Assist in day to day servicing of accounts by liaising with client on approval and revisions of monthly content calendars
Social and Content Reporting –
Regular monthly analysis and reporting of social channel and content performance
Work with social management tools like Locowise and SocialBakers to publish, retrieve and schedule content.
For ad hoc projects – a comprehensive post-campaign report and recommendations + learnings would be produced in conjunction with partner
Community Management for Social –
Assist with responding to queries and comments from fans on social pages and update FAQ library. To keep client updated with any complex issues and trouble-shoot issues as brand custodian.
Measures of success:
In three months:
You will have been exposed to current and past content projects to understand the campaign and pitch process.
You will be up to speed with the value proposition on Mindshare Content+ and will be able to articulate this confidently.
You will have started to manage social and content projects from developing content calendar strategy based off brand-related campaigns, to working with the social client(s) on community management-related queries.
You will have started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the current pipeline.
In six months:
You will be well-versed to manage social/content projects independently as the lead community manager.
You will be in the known on social & digital trends and share this expertise with clients and internal partners.
You will have started to cultivate relationships with existing Content+ partners and support our team to deliver on other projects, including – content & influencer management, creative production, activations, sponsorship opportunities.
In twelve months:
You will have started to close other existing opportunities beyond social, including content partnerships and activation with a strong focus on strategy and creative content/production expertise.
You will have a proven track record of being the go-to brand custodian for your accounts and a trusted partner that clients seek advice and consult from.
You will identify new partners for Content+ as part of a client brief and for initiatives.
Required skills & traits:
Studies in Mass Communications, Communications & New Media, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism or English.
Being flexible, open to innovations and ideas
Excellent English writing skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Active and savvy on various Social Media platforms and project management
Good at multitasking
