Job Description : What you will be doing:
Pre-Sales Support
Practice extensively and know the ZINFI UCM Product comprehensively.
Support ZINFI Sales team at a global level with prospect related items, especially related to free trials
Engage with engineering to resolve any sales related items on an utmost urgent basis
Effectively communicate across all function’s activities related to achieving sales support tasks.
Post-Sales Engagement
Successfully onboard a new client onto ZINFI SaaS application platform.
Work with a client to initially setup a UCM portal with core functionalities for deployment and launch.
Advise clients with best practices tools and methodologies, available in ZINFI Center of Excellence.
Put together a detailed project plan by using ZINFI’s Project Management Process (PMP) and Tools, e.g., Teamwork, Teams, UCM, etc.
Understand client’s requirement logically and prepare use case documents to automate customers channel management programs with UCM.
Prepare mock-ups based on initial discussion with client and use-case documents. Review these mock- ups with client for their approval.
Explain client’s requirements with the mock-ups and use case documents to the Development team.
Run weekly, if necessary, daily interlocks with clients as well as ZINFI internal team members, e.g., engineering, client care, sales, etc.
Provide weekly updates to clients related to project status.
Provide consultancy services to customer regarding portal features.
Resolve any internal resource conflicts by properly escalating to management so client is never exposed to quality or delivery issues.
Work with engineering team members to come up with appropriate solutions, and if not possible, appropriate work around and compromise to deliver against client requirements.
Configure portal features based on client requirements.
Effectively and efficiently deliver against client requirements to meet or exceed client expectations.
Accurately track weekly time for all professional service management related activities so client can be provided with weekly professional services (PS) hourly reports.
Resolve any PS hour related issues with finance and engineering, if required escalate to management for necessary waiver and resolution.
Collaborate, train, and introduce the aligned Customer Care Team member to be able to handle the post launch client and partner production support at around the 80% mark of launching portal.
Experience
Five to seven years (5-7) years of client care and support experience in a high-technology environment, preferably with a SaaS application
Experience in Software Project Management is preferred.
Two to three years (2-3) years of hands-on configuration experiences and/or certifications with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Microsoft desired (optional)
Prior exposure of creating workflow diagram.
Diagnostic and analytical skills to assess project-related risks ahead of time, analyze and mitigate the risks.
Successful track-record regarding managing deals with US/EMEA based Clients.
Skills
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Ability to build large complex Excels for macros, calculations, etc.
Ability to take abstract business workflows and translate them into technical workflow/process documentation for SaaS automation
Ability to communicate with engineering team on various aspects of a highly technical product
Contribute to project plans, provide creative input on content, provide ideas responsible for the success and renewals of the Projects /Business.
