Socure is seeking a Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst with a proven track record to play a vital role at Socure. We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, while at the same time helping manage day-to-day and improve our change processes. Our Salesforce instance is of great importance to us, therefore you should keep the wider organization’s best interests in mind when configuring and deploying.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter who loves to look at the job and the application holistically from building a Flow to helping a user with their access.
The Senior Salesforce Analyst will be working within the Revenue Operations team and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Systems.
What you’ll bring:
Salesforce product knowledge with 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Admin.
Experience with Flow, Process Builders, Workflows and Validation Rules
Has worked with multiple business stakeholders at all levels within an organization
Working with integrated applications such as Gong, Groove.app, CPQ, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Quip
Experience with Application development, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components
Ability to assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
A collaborator who works comfortably with others
Great time management skills to manage multiple projects while helping to manage the day-to-day.
A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements,
A good work ethic, energy and not feeling certain work is below your skill level
Developing solutions with best practice front of mind
Experienced in creating and interpreting technical specifications
Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
Active in the Salesforce community
Desirable:
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
Certified Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Admin
Experience with the utilization of middleware tools for integrations (i.e. Boomi)
Worked with Lightning Experience, building Lightning Apps, Pages and Consoles.
Can write and understand SOQL, Apex Code
Experience managing major strategic initiatives
Has worked with Salesforce Web Services and understands the concepts of SOAP/REST integrations.

Responsibilities and Duties
Principal analyst on several game-changing projects
Support our Sales users day-to-day by helping them with Salesforce usage and all of the other tech stack applications
Partner with other Revenue, Finance, Marketing and Client Success teams to continuously improve Sales processes within our Sales systems
Assist in making future application decisions and roadmapping the future
Proper Unit Testing, and arrangement of QA and UAT
Documenting design and technical flows.
Supporting the Revenue Operations team, and our stakeholders when incidents occur.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 3 – 5 years in Business Analyst or Salesforce Admin( Required )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Required )
Proficient in English( Required )
