The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. Job Description:
Lead planning and execution for in-app campaigns for Shopee Supermarket eg. category days for big campaigns, thematic/seasonal/festive campaigns & other Supermarket initiatives
Drive new ideas to support overall Shopee Supermarket growth, including CRM initiatives and key priorities
Collaborate and coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders, including working with Business Development, Business Intelligence, and other functions (eg. social media, PR, online marketing, offline marketing, graphic design, warehouse, ops) for campaign creation and optimisation
Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance – including against order and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets – and offer recommendations (such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations) that enhance campaigns performance
Keep abreast of relevant trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage on such trends and developments to optimise campaigns
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or other relevant degrees
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Reliable & self-motivated, enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks. Open to taking on new and ambiguous tasks or projects
An analytical and structured thinker, with good affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving
Prior experience (at least 1 year) in campaigns marketing, e-commerce, brands, creative agencies or other roles with high level of coordination is a bonus
