Job Description : Coordinate with the customer each day and accountable for the team”s delivery and performance.

Manage incidents within Stefanini process and tools; update incident management tools in accordance with the SLA.
Helps improve the Quality of Service and helps prevent repeated incidents.
Implementation, administration & troubleshooting of VMware vSphere (6.x and 7.x) environment.
Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers
Resolve the Day-to-Day issue that arises concerning Hardware / OS / VMWare ESXi etc.
Responsible for implementation of new compute solutions and technologies.
Provide help to existing team members for build topics.
Provide key feedback to design & capacity teams for expansion of existing compute domain.
Build and install compute infrastructure, which encompasses hardware, servers, and virtual machines, using a VMware environment such as vSphere.
Provide Technical Support to clients. Respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution.
Participate heavily in improvement plan related to client infrastructures by gathering system data, researching possible solutions, developing and presenting their design ideas, and thoughtfully evaluating suggestions from others. In addition, evaluate industry trends and assist in implementing standards and best practices.
Must create and maintain documentation for all system-related processes and procedures including project requirements, changes and upgrades, implementation plans, and support tickets. Create summary reports for clients or internal management.
Document and maintain procedures to produce documentation about infrastructure design, quality standards, testing procedures, and other essential project information. Likewise, must be able to interpret diagrams and system plans
While building and maintaining computer infrastructure, must ensure that all configuration details are correct, in order to avoid malfunctions, bugs, and security breaches
Must possess a strong customer orientation, as they provide technical support as requested and explain complex topics in non-technical language
Work with Technology lead for future Virtualization roadmap and technologies
Provide L3 support and work with Vendor to resolve issues in Virtualization infrastructure.

Must have knowledge and experience in following Virtualization technologies:
Primary skills: VMware vSphere 6.x, 7.x (vCenter 6.x,7.x & ESXi 6.x/7.x), NSX, vRealize Suite (vRealize Automation, vRealize Operations, vRealize Operations Manager, vRealize Log Insight ),VMware Horizon, vSAN,vVOL, Hyper-V etc.
Secondary Skills:
Power shell, Power CLI scripting and Hands on experience and Knowledge of automation tools.
Blade & Rack Server technology (HP, Dell, Cisco UCS etc.)
Understand the end-to-end technical flow of below components:
vSphere 6.x /7.x
Horizon
NSX with advanced features like NSX Controller, Edges, VXLAN, DLR, DFW etc.
Familiar with infrastructure components
Network (switches, routers, firewalls)
Storage
Backup
Administration tools (WinSCP, Putty, Wireshark)
Additional Information
Overall experience of 5+ years with minimum 2+ years of experience in customer facing job role
College degree or equivalent.
Fluent in written and verbal English
Exceptional customer handling skills
ITIL Service Management certification preferredExcellent training & coaching skillsGood analytical skillsAbility to learn quickly and understand basic network and infrastructure connectivity & design.Good interpersonal skills, time and matrix management skillsWilling to work in shifts on rotational basis, as per business requirement,Capable of representing the organization during major incidents.
