Purpose of the role
You will be part of a team that will do the research, design, and implementation of new versions of our app and website.
We are looking for a strong team player with exceptional design and customer experience

Outcomes and Accountabilities
Primary accountabilities, duties, and responsibilities include:
Design and Develop the Automated solution for Sanity Testing for various repeatable tests.
Envision how people will experience our flagship mobile app and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, simple – and even magical.
Transform wireframes into intuitive, accessible, and simple UI and visual designs for handoff to development.
Work collaboratively with UX design, product management, engineering, brand, and other teams to reach the best design solutions and get buy-in.
Facilitate the product vision by conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Contribute to evolving how our brand materialises on our app & website.
Work with data scientists to run A/B tests (developing hypotheses, strategy, and segmentation, incl. Hold out groups) and measure effectiveness for the business

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
This role requires a demonstrated ability & proven experience with:
5+ years experience in UI design for mobile apps
Demonstrable experience in creating designs that simplify user interactions and engage users
Experience in start-up environments or consumer apps is desired
Your portfolio demonstrates advanced interaction design, visual design, and user experience for native mobile products
You produce development-ready designs and maintain design systems using Figma or similar tools.
You can animate interactions, transitions, and visuals to enhance the experience and user engagement
You are eager to communicate your ideas through prototypes and tests with users.
You are an empathetic user advocate that values the backing of testing and data analysis when it comes to designing modern solutions.
You thrive in a collaborative workplace, facilitating design workshops and partnering with other designers, engineers, product developers and other roles.
You are a designer that is constantly inspired—motivating those around you through your passion and drive for what you do.
You enjoy a little flexibility in your work. Our growth means there are constantly new things to work on every day and processes to refine
Proven ability to think strategically with an understanding of long-term business vision balanced with short-term realism
You have commercial awareness and are adept at prioritising the most impactful tasks/projects
