Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Policy Admin – Insurance Transactions
Responsibilities:
Transaction processing according to standard work & SOPManage new hire, upskill or cross training for a policy admin teamKnowledge management – Own SOP, Update dissemination, Initiatives to maintain knowledge on the floor – Knowledge assessment tests etc.Perform root cause analysis and build and execute action plan to improve accuracy of the team, training delivery, reduction in learning curveComprehend and respond to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problemsAssist with/perform other team tasks as the need arises.Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systemsWork well with Onshore /Offshore and customer in an encouraging and professional manner via email and on callsHandle own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are metMaintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & LawAbility to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
Preferred qualifications
Relevant experience in Life Insurance – Policy Admin (Financial, Non-Financial, Illusions, Money In and Out, Complex Changes)Actively leading Domain delivery/New hire training/Knowledge management for Life Insurance businessPreferred certifications from LOMA ( LOMA 280, 290, LOMA FLMI, LOMA ALMI) or similar institutes for Life InsuranceGood English Communication (Both written & verbal) – Talocity Score of >50Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the jobAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer serviceReady to work on stretched working hoursAbility to independently work well with internal and external customersProven work experience preferred in Customer Service backend operations experience in Life InsuranceExcellent Interpersonal skills
