The key purpose for the role is to spearhead growth and deepen our longstanding relationships with our existing clients.This is a fantastic opportunity to drive our Client Strategy here at proSapient. The role reports into the SVP, Business Development and working with the wider Business Development team, on a global scale. If you thrive on strategically building relationships and maximising client potential, then we’d love to hear from you!The key responsibilities for this role will include: Driving and executing on proSapient’s global commercial strategy to drive key account growthWorking with our SVP, Business Development and CCO on expanding strategic client relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes for clientsLeading nuanced negotiations leveraging data analytics and latest market intelligence to deliver outstanding commercial outcomesDriving account mapping and defining and implementing account growth strategies in collaboration with the global client services teamsEngaging with senior decision makers, introducing, and educating new users on proSapient’s value proposition and driving the client lifecycle from new user to evangelist with a focus on customer retentionApplying a data-driven approach to maximising our relationships, including building usage reports, preparing QBR presentations and running sophisticated pricing models in line with the overall commercial strategyActing as a mentor to the client service teams members providing training, guidance and coaching on account management best practices and helping the team develop commercial skillsRequirementsThe key experience needed for this role includes: A minimum of five years in a client-facing role, with proven success driving growth into key accounts on a global scaleSolid experience working with, Private Equity firms or Consulting firms (on an international scale a bonus)Previous experience in, or exposure to Expert Networks or purchasing of Expert Network services in a relevant market segment (private equity or consulting)Ideally, experience working with a rapidly growing start up, scale up or SME would be beneficial for this roleBenefitsWhat we can offer you: For your financial wellbeing: A competitive Salary – Salaries at proSapient are always competitive, with regular pay reviews.Stock options and a rewarding OTE scheme – to say thanks for the value you put inTech Scheme- Purchase personal technology with a monthly pay back plan from your pre-tax base salary.Tenure Gifts- Vouchers, extra holiday, and sabbaticals for each year of employment.Enhanced Maternity & Paternity payFor your physical and mental wellbeing: Employee Assistance Programme- Access to a health and wellbeing service that offers personalised advice and support from specialist teams, such as mental health, financial support, and legal experts.
