About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding Client Delivery Manager based in Melbourne, Australia. The Client Delivery Manager receives, manages, and delivers on client requests as well as manages client relationships and retention by driving internal initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver client requests by the agreed deadline and in adherence to quality levels.
Ensure contractual agreements for reporting, email and SMS marketing and technology-related services are met.
Adhere to prescribed processes, procedures and protocols and assist clients in understanding and following the same.
Assist clients with their requests and supply material to ensure they are maximizing conversion, enrolment, and insight opportunities.
Assist the client with the implementation of new products and services.
Assist clients with their forward planning of campaigns that are delivered by QSES. Involve internal stakeholders at the appropriate time of planning or execution.
Listen to feedback supplied by the client regarding the quality of services provided by QSES and drive service improvements.

The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines.
Able to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and derive meaningful insights.
Demonstrated ability to, clearly and confidently, communicate via all channels including conducting presentations and chairing meetings.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve individually and as a collective group.
Strong emotional intelligence, and ability to empathise and connect with internal stakeholders and clients.
