Description
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will work with Service Operations teams in maintaining service delivery quality through involvement in Process & Quality analysis, assessment, and improvement.
You will continuously identify and/or lead resolution of service management issues and recommend and implement service management improvements to eliminate recurrent failures, improve customer satisfaction and enhance service operations performance to support related Air Travel services.
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will be a part of the Global Operations Process Center of Excellent team which is working on continuous improvement in Global Operations operational process and procedure in supporting operational excellence for services consumed by SITA’s customers.

What you will do

Carrying out operational process quality and compliance check and review to the highest standards and co-ordinate the corrective action with the involved operational groups.Working with process owners to identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and innovative thinkingProducing quality and compliance metric and reports in supporting process quality check, compliance, and performance measurement.Aligning Service Operation team’s process with SGS standard operational process for achieving consistent quality in Service Operation.Facilitating Service Operation team in adhering to the highest working standards for involved operational processes by providing guidance, support and training on both processes and IT Service Management ToolWork with Process Owners, team members and departments to devise new support material based on revised/improved processes, including training, reporting and process complianceEnsuring supporting systems are working as per process design and data stored as per data standardsEnsuring knowledge and documentation gaps are identified and addressedIdentifying improvement opportunities via analysis of stakeholder or customer feedback and operational data trend analysisContinually identifying improvement within work area for Continual Service Improvement
Qualifications
Who you are

Degree in Computer Science, IT or Business or equivalentMin 4 years of relevant process and quality management experience in IT industry specifically in ISO20001, ISO27001 or ISO9001 certification or experience with CMMIMin 2 years of experience in project managementLean Six Sigma & ITIL 4 Foundation CertifiedExpert in using productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Excel Dashboard, MS Form, PowerPoint, Visio, Sharepoint Online, Office 365, Power BI, Power App)Experience in using quality improvement methodology and measurement metrics for sustainable improvementExperience in designing remediation plans to address process and quality issues and track record and following through to ensure closureStrong analytical and root cause analysis skillsExperience in IT Service Management Tool (e.g., Service Now, BMC Remedy)Experience in IT process/audit automation would be a great plusExperience in IT technical support area (e.g., network, security, cloud, or system infrastructure)Professional certification in IT technology and quality area (e.g., Cobit, CISA, CCNA, Microsoft, MS Azure, ISO20001, ISO27001, ISO9001, MC: Data Analyst Associate, MC: Power Platform App Maker Associate) is an added advantageAbility to work with or lead virtual teams to accomplish the objective
