As a CRM Executive, you will be required to plan, develop, and improve our CRM strategies to increase the conversion rate.
More specifically, you will:
Plan, develop, and improve automation flow and email content to increase the conversion rate
Analyze data to identify key opportunities to improve the performance
Personalization of each customer lifecycle to deliver more personalized emails based on the user segments and drive up the conversion rate
Constantly review email performance to advise the business on CRM performance and provide fact-based recommendations.
Plan and execute email campaigns and new automation with Junior CRM
Work closely with other departments to create a CRM strategy that works across the board
Assist with overall strategy and initiatives to boost the loyalty program
Understanding key customer needs and addressing these
Requirements:
Have experience with lead generation business
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills – good with data and able to come up with practical solutions
Proven track record of executing successful CRM strategies – you can showcase your experience of improving performance with your strategy.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platform – adequate with email marketing platforms and able to build advanced automation
Good copywriting skills – able to make good converting copies
Experience with loyalty programs is a plus – having experience in increasing the performance of loyalty programs will be an advantage
Consumer service obsessed – uses and loves to see how brands are communicating with customers and comes with ideas and inspiration on how we can improve our approach
Fast learner – you will be dealing with a lot of data from different sources and you need to grasp it quickly.
Data-driven mindset – proven ability to perform relevant data analyses, draw key insights, and use data to form and execute a strategy
Growth mindset – willingness to learn and improve. You are unhappy with business as usual, you are constantly looking at new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work and how things are done.
Confident with your time and project management skill – You will be working with multiple stakeholders at the same time including but not limited to your team and other project owners on a daily basis. So you will need to be able to manage your time between operational tasks and continuous improvement.
Experience working in a high-paced environment that iterates on weekly or monthly cycles rather than semester or annual cycles
