Job Description : A well-established company with more than 20 years in the global fastening industry is seeking forward-looking programmers to join to become the pioneers of B2B eCommerce digital products that will disrupt the market. Already a market leader in its own niche area in this billion-dollar manufacturing market, the team will take a point position in leading the company to its next chapter.
The digital products produced by the eCommerce team will be the new frontier for the Company’s business to serve both existing and new customers. We are looking for highly skilled computer programmers who are comfortable with both front and back-end programming. You will be responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
You will be required to follow through all our projects from conception to final deployment, with good organizational and communication skills and most importantly attention to detail.
Job Scope:
1. Design and create B2B online procurement portal and marketplace for international sellers and buyers.
2. Programming and maintenance of the website with standard market practice.
3. Configuration and working with Windows Azure App Services and SQL Databases.
4. Debugging ASP.NET C# web applications.
5. Deployment of fully setup ASP.NET application to different servers.
6. Understand the business logic and convert it to system functions as API when required.
7. Understand various authentication systems and create/maintain the API’s.
8. Review and write technical documentation.
9. Conduct application tests and create test scenarios on different platforms.
10. Work closely with the web designer to embed the design changes to the existing websites.
11. Provide on-site technical support if any IT related issues.
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
2. Highly proficient in C# and .NET focusing on ASP.NET.
3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery.
4. Understanding Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban etc.
5. Team player with good communication skills.
6. Ability to work with external vendors & service providers.
7. Demonstrates high attention to detail, clear communication & problem-solving skills.
8. Experience in ASP.NET MVC Framework will be preferred.
9. Previous experience leading development teams is a plus.
10. Experience in CMS and Dashboard development is an advantage
11. Ability to learn and adapt to dynamically changing environments and technologies.
12. With a minimum of 3-years of proven development experience in custom-built eCommerce platforms (B2B or B2C) is preferred.
13. Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello etc., is a plus
14. Self-initiated and able to work independently on the project modules.
