We would like to hear from you if:
You have a good Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA degree in relevant fields
You have less than 2 years of work experience
Other Attributes & Skills Required:
Excellent track records in co-curricular activities or leadership experience
Self-driven and energetic
Positive attitude, accountability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
An innovative and digital mindset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
What You Will Do
As a HRIS & HR Operations Executive, you will
Support HRIS administration and maintenance, craft policies, and improve processes to ensure the effective utilization of our HRIS capabilities. Experience managing IT or HRIS systems would be an advantage
Support the Learning Management System (LMS) through course assignment and management, reporting and tracking of LMS users
Identify opportunities for HR digitalization and process automation
Provide HR operations support
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects for which advanced excel skills would be an advantage
As a Finance Analyst (FP&A), you will
Support financial planning and budgeting processes
Prepare monthly management reports with insights and recommendations, and support the preparation of pipeline reviews
Perform actual vs budget variance analysis and monthly forecast analysis
Work with operations team to monitor cost variance, including labour reconciling reports
Gain exposure to both financial and operational analysis
As a Business Intelligence Analyst (Digital Experience), you will
Lead and manage BI projects to measure outcomes of digital health initiatives
Conduct close-loop data-driven business iterations, and build our digital marketing and app performance data pipelines
Discover data-informed insights to drive business impact through knowledge of digital marketing metrics and BI tools
Identify, automate and improve processes through VBA/SQL
