Job Description : The Human Resource & Admin Executive will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Will assist in the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in HR/ Administration department.Responsibilities: · Responsible for employee life cycle.· Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings· Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.· Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.· Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs includingbut not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and health and safety; and training and development.· Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referringcomplex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.· Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.· Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended bestpractices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies inhuman resources, talent management, and employment law.· Processing of payroll· Performs other duties as assigned.· Maintain Office premises. Housekeeping, Pantry operation, Security Services and otherarrangements as per need.Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.· Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.· Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience: · At least 3 plus years experience in a HR and Admin role.· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
