Job Description : WE ARE LOOKING FOR: HR Manager – Off-Boarding/Exit Management
Job Purpose – To owner/speaker of exit related activities for On-roll manpower & its related SOP and compliances for Pan India.
Reporting to – General Manager HR

Duties & Responsibilities –
Exit ManagementEnsuring timely closure of F&F for all exited cases.Ensuring that all the clearances are done post initiating the F&F processValidation of F&F input and output for 14 entities before sharing with employees and processing with finance teamTimely review of ongoing processed and recommending change if requiredExit Headcount reconciliation HRMS Vs SAP along with Emails.Coordinating with stakeholders for closure of Employee clearance (IT, Admin, Finance, Biometric, Finance etc).Coordinate with Payroll Vendor for timely closure of F&F.Responsible for sharing relieving letters from SAP to employees post validating payable/recoverable.Sharing the calculation for notice buyout of resigned employee.Calling resigned employees and explaining about the necessary clearances (attendance regularization, PLI approvals if any, Notice pay deduction with GST, Travel, Mobile, IT Asset, Biometric, EDC, Fastag and investment proofs) that has to be done on or before the LWD. Also, make them aware about the Full and Final settlement timelines.Compiling ATL cases on monthly basis and taking approval on the same from HOD.Monthly sharing information to payroll team for resigned, revoke and separated employee and highlighting the nature of payout based on special approval.”Ensuring paperless process and suggest if any system challenges.
HR Analytics & DashboardsResponsible for HR Analytics and various functional dashboards / presentations as required by management
Grievance RedressalHandling escalation for employee’s grievance across all entities pertaining to Exit and HRIS of on roll.Making sure all the grievances are addressed within timeframe with resolution
THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
Education – MBA in HR
Experience – 6 to 8 Years (HR Experience Mandatory @ Corporate Level)
Key Skills -Experience of executing core HR & engagement processes while leading/ working with a teamPeople & Relationship ManagementStakeholder ManagementGood analytical and numerical abilityExecution focus & process adherenceExpertise on MS Excel and MS Power point.SAP and any ERP tool experience is mandatory.
