Job Description
Collaborate with Partner Recruitment team and Onboard newly recruited partners to the Freshworks Ecosystem. Conduct weekly onboarding sessions and ensure that the newly recruited partners understand the program, processes, and have access to the required tools.
Connect with the Channel leadership, gather the required partner capacity, and create localized calendars and enablement plans to develop required capacity in partners.
Discover the sales, technical, and marketing personas at Partner’s end and channelize them to the right enablement track. Own the successful completion of the assigned track.
Clearly articulate the milestones for new and existing partners in terms of 30, 60, and 90 days journeys. Align with the Partner leadership so that the team completes the mutually decided milestones.
Closely align with Channel leadership of the region, identify gaps in knowledge and processes and work toward continuous partner enablement to address those gaps
Build relationships with strategic partners and create joint partner enablement plans and programs in collaboration with Partner counterparts
Collaborate with CSMs and Channel Sales leaders to engage regularly with key partners and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, Monitor Enablement Process, Gather New Requirements and Define Future goals
Establish steady cadences of learning for partners – and work to streamline and eliminate “random acts of enablement”. Ensure that the partners meet the competencies to move to higher tiers.
Provide regular updates to partner management on the status of each partner’s enablement

Qualifications
Overall 3 to & years of Experience. Experience in handling channel business, partner sales and Onboarding and Program managing partners
Extensive planning and management skills. Willing to create, stick, and evangelize plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a matrixed environment and deliver results cross functionally.
