What’s in it for you
You will work closely with Customer Experience Leaders, Customer Success Managers in the Key Account team, our Sales team and other key stakeholders cross functionally at HotDoc.
From a customer perspective, your key stakeholder focus will be on decision maker and commercial owner relationships as well as nurturing relationships with broader decision makers in their organisations.
What will you be doing
You will ensure our largest customer groups achieve maximum value from HotDoc and in so doing achieve maximum relationship value for HotDoc through best in class customer lifetime value.
In this role, your core purpose will be to uplift net revenue retention in our key accounts customer base by successfully driving upsell opportunities, defining and executing account renewals and managing existing customer pricing events across all HotDoc customers.
Partner internally and cross functionally to design, deliver and execute business frameworks, processes and policies to support execution of upsells, expansions, renewals and pricing changes.
Be responsible for the execution of Account Management responsibilities including and not limited to upselling, managing pricing events, renewals.
Share accountability for the delivery of the net revenue retention and loyalty OKR’s in partnership with team Key Accounts team.
Focussing on our new and emerging markets / product offerings, share ownership of managing emerging customer relationships, working closely with sales and partnerships on setting and achieving early lifecycle success metrics as required
Requirements
What you must have to apply for this role
Proven track record in Customer-facing roles within account management, preferably in SaaS / Technology / Product and Customer-led company
Ability to design, document, test and implement new processes, frameworks and ways of working in a team.
Commercially savvy, exhibiting strong commercial acumen evidenced in similar roles.
Demonstrated ability in closing / negotiation for mutual value and customer lifetime value
Proven ability to partner and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to drive growth
Polished communication and influencing skills, honed in B2C / B2B customer-facing roles.
