Job Description : About the job:
The Red Hat Inside Sales team is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join us in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting within an assigned territory to uncover new business opportunities in the commercial segment. You will support the team by managing forecasts and tracking customer data and by orchestrating support from the Legal, Finance, Marketing, or our technical teams. As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will cooperate with internal and external partners to improve business and create solutions that best serve the interests of our customers and Red Hat.
What you will do:
Provide sales support to the pod, e.g., contract and pricing support, special bid approvals, Salesforce.com (SFDC) hygiene and forecast reporting, and customer demonstrations and meeting coordination
Qualify and route inbound leads to appropriate pod members
Prospect opportunities, identifying and following through on opportunities up to a regional defined threshold, especially in territory pods
Oversee and serve as an escalation point for renewals managed by third parties
Orchestrate requests for internal technical associates to support partner-led opportunities based on prioritization from the account executive and corporate and territory sales manager
What you will bring:
Knowledge of Red Hat’s offerings, product line interdependencies, and overall sales strategy and values
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC) and additional internal sales tools and systems like Quip, OutReach, etc.
Solid organizational, time management, and project management skills
High-quality customer service skills to build relationships with customers
Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
Customer-focused, partner-led mindset; understanding of channel sales and the partner ecosystem
Experience working in a similar technology or software sales support position in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration with a record of achieving sales goals
Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
Familiarity with the IT industry and open source principles is a plus
