Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build databases.
Lead day-to-day operations across the region by collaborating with cross-functional regional and local teams to understand requirements and technical specifications to enable and optimise automation of customer lifecycle journeys.
Develop SOPs, SLAs and guidebooks to empower local teams to rollout and manage the ongoing operations of these automated campaigns.
Identify and develop target customer profiles to implement seamless customer journeys and personalised brand experiences to achieve business objectives.
Manage marketing lead database and data dictionary while ensuring data hygiene and data quality.
Create in-depth test plans and pilots within an agile framework to better

Track key audience segment performance indicators across the region (e.g. Lifetime value, funnel stage metrics) and prepare report and insights for senior leadership team
Administer app push, SMS and email marketing campaigns, with hands-on experience in designing, testing, analysing and optimising workflows to increase leads and revenue.
Continuously evaluate and make improvement to CRM campaigns by leveraging data and real-time insights.

Job Requirements
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or the equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign management and/or digital marketing operations, with experience in developing and implementing marketing automation solutions at scale.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze and Adobe Campaign.

Possess knowledge and understanding of automation tools and CRM.
Good understanding of email marketing principles such as deliverability rate, reputation score and sender score.
Good understanding of app marketing principles such as install, activation rate, arrival rate.
Web development and digital design skills are a strong plus.
Meticulous, data-driven, able to derive and validate ideas using data.
High learning agility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with adherence to agreed standards.

Ability to problem-solve and adapt to constant change and ambiguity.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
