Our Applications Managed Services team help our clients create more value for their business and improve efficiency through IT Systems. Our services are highly industrialized, underpinned by robust SLAs, based on industry-standard best practices, and delivered by a cost-effective mix of onshore, nearshore and offshore resources. Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
This role is 60% Support and 40% development and enhancements.
Utilize Document Management tools.
Provide direct contribution to the daily management of document control.
Process and distribute communications and information flow such as submittals, requests for information (RFIs), etc.
Manage documentation during design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases of projects.
Support Program-specific tasks and implement document control concepts as defined in the Program Execution Plan.
Identify Program requirements, establish standard process/policy locally, and perform quality reviews of overall communication and documentation processes on systems platform.
Maintain Program files in hard-copy and electronic retention systems, as required.
Assist Program team with the timely retrieval of documents and assembly requirements of internal and external audits.
Ensure quality/compliance of Program document management plans and process, as well as alignment with Program and Corporate requirements.
Ensure project participants are trained in application of program document control system.
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
5+ year of experience and proficiency with SharePoint Technologies including custom webpart and SharePoint WebServices development, custom field types.
Strong understanding of SharePoint App architecture and development of SharePoint -hosted and provider hosted apps.
Must have experience in Developing workflows and understanding the existing Workflows.
Hands on experience in Quick apps.
Hands on experience on creating custom workflows as per business requirement.
Knowledge on .net with SharePoint.
Azure Stack (Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage account (data lakes), Event Grid, Azure Functions and Azure Databricks)
Knowledge about the ITIL processes like Change management, Incident management, Problem Management, etc.,
Provide off-hours support as and when required.
