As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for implementation of one or more modules, subsystems, or services for Ultrasound Digital. In addition, you will focus on activities to improve software quality and development methodologies. In this role, you will be part of a digital group focusing on cloud application development that derives value from machine and clinical data coming from our medical devices. Job Description
Role & Responsibility:
Collaborate with product manager and architect to understand requirements and detail the user stories.
Actively participating in all stages of the agile development cycle, cooperating with product designers, developers, DevOps, testers, and project managers.
Work with architects and system designer to identify, plan, and mitigate technology risks in a timely manner.
Part of the agile scrum team participate in the software development covering full technology stack.
Reviewer for code.
With a platform mindset, ensure the design and implementation results in a reusable software asset.
Attention to details, ensure the non-functional requirements are considered as part of design, implementation, and test to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems.
Champion code quality initiatives and drive it with rigor in the team.
Bring rigor in software development, follow Test Driven Development/Behavior Driven Development ways of development.
Develop and execute software unit-tests.
Produce Software Requirement Document.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (master preferred) in computer science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
Requirements to succeed:
Technical Expertise:
Experience in software development in different programing languages (i.e., C/C++, Java, JavaScript, C#) and technology stacks with focus on performance, security, and flexible code.
Knowledge of cloud technologies AWS, Azure.
Experience in web standards (i.e., HTML, CSS, JSON, WebAssembly)
Experience with one or more front-end frameworks (i.e., VUEJS, AngularJS, jQuery, ReactJS), and on or more back-end frameworks (i.e., Express/Node.js, Spring Boot).
Experience with modern software development tools for Continuous Integration including Jenkins, Git/Gitlab, Jira, JFrog Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube, and Ansible, Azure pipelines, AWS CodePipeline, tec.
Experience with Automated unit test (i.e., JUnit, Mocking frameworks).

Ability to take ownership of large sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.
