The Role
The Adobe Experience Manager Solutions Consultant supports the Account Executives through the sales process, and supports our customers through the proof of concept and transition to the account support team. In this role, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for technical account management, product demonstration, solution value propositions, custom business case creation and possesses a high-level of professionalism as the technical point of contact with the customer. The Solutions Consultant also creates custom demos, develops and presents reporting to address each business requirement, and addresses all technical requests during the sales process.
The Solution Consultant is the primary technical resource for the field sales force. This position will have primary responsibility for supporting sales in India.
Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for Adobe’s Experience Cloud products (primarily AEM Sites, Assets & Forms) working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Answer questions during the sales process through documentation, presentations, and demonstrations.
Good understanding of Brand marketing & Content velocity challenges and use cases (including the role of AI/ML) to increase conversion & engagement metrics required.
Identifies all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Provide strong defense against competitive products and object handle questions fielded by the competition in a sales opportunity.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Provides enablement training, thought leadership and support to Adobe partners.
Desired Skills & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
8+ yrs of previous success in a technical presales engagement experience or consulting environment with strong sales acumen and industry know-how in Digital Marketing and Content Management Systems.
In-depth knowledge of Brand Marketing use cases, marketing KPIs, Hybrid & Headless scenarios required.
Preferred: AEM or a CMS solutions selling experience
Familiarity with the following preferred: JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, XML/ XSL, SOAP, REST, AJAX, CSS3
Outstanding presentation skills and client-facing experience
Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs. Must be versed in software project lifecycle methodologies.
Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skills
Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support
Ability to travel up to 75% (within India)
