Job Description
Key responsibilities o Perform Network and Network Security assessments of client environment, identify gaps and provide recommendations to address the gaps based on industry practices, standards, emerging technologies, and trends o Develop Managed Security Services infrastructure architecture and drive the implementation through collaboration with the Product, Engineering and Operations organizations to implement future Secure Web gateway architecture o Responsible for generating high quality technical documentation and configuration guides to support architecture and solution designs, with the ability to articulate and convey concepts and details to all levels of recipients. o Responsible for technology selection process to include requirements consolidation into RFI/RFP/RFQ, technology recommendation, Proof-of-Concept testing/Prototyping and Technology Selection. o As a technical advisor, support customer solution designs and meetings to provide subject matter expertise when in-depth technical material is needed or to present the future-looking architecture roadmap. o Lead the development of network and network security detailed designs in the following areas: software defined networking, network segmentation, network access control, network security and cloud networking components o Establish and maintain relationship with key client stakeholders o Recognized as a subject matter expert within and outside of the Company. Required Skilled Sets o Bachelorýffs Degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited college or university o Minimum 14 years of experience in network and network security infrastructure solutions engineering, implementation, integrations and operations of enterprise and carrier-class networks o Minimum 5 years of experience working with cloud-based network infrastructures ýff AWS / Azure / GCP etc. – and cloud delivered Security o Experience with the following technologies, preferably SD-WAN, SD-LAN, NFV, Wireless, Cloud networking, Network Access Control, SASE (ZTNA/SWG/Secure SD-WAN), Next Generation Firewalls, Network Visibility o Experience with Integrated network architectures, SD-WAN, Public/Private Cloud deployment models, management and Building secure web gateways o Proficient with security tools and concepts such as firewalls, vulnerability scanning and management, multi-factor authentication, intrusion detection and prevention, Anti-Virus, Email and Messaging security, endpoint security, mobility management, SIEM o Deep knowledge and experience with at least one enterprise network security platform (Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.), one enterprise network route-switch platform (HPE-Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, Arista, etc.), and one enterprise wireless platform (HPE-Aruba, Cisco, etc.). o Enjoy rapidly gaining context and knowledge in new technology areas with minimal supervision Preferred Experience: o Any previous experience in Zscaler solutions and SASE based solutions o Any previous experience in Versa SDWAN solution
